  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or other alternative milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 chopped bananas optional


  • Place all ingredients (except for bananas) in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Distribute ingredients equally between three 8 oz mason jars.
  • Close the lid and store in the fridge. When ready to eat, add a splash of almond milk and reheat in the microwave for 1 minute and top with bananas.
