Vegan Peanut Butter Overnight Oats Meal Prep
Peanut buttery goodness that is perfect for meal prep! Leave it in the fridge, its perfect for breakfast on the go! Simple, fast and full of flavor! Vegan!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk or other alternative milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 chopped bananas optional
Place all ingredients (except for bananas) in a bowl and stir to combine.
Distribute ingredients equally between three 8 oz mason jars.
Close the lid and store in the fridge. When ready to eat, add a splash of almond milk and reheat in the microwave for 1 minute and top with bananas.
